Each scent is a galaxy and we're the night sky.

FROM ME
LORE started as an invisible connection with me and 2 close friends, Greg and Joe. It’s grown into a world of scents that take you somewhere. An extension of soul, an echo of the truth of it all, a wish for all of us shouted out loud.
Our fragrances invite new meaning through your own wear. Complex, rich and emotional. Familiar but new. Each is designed inclusive of gender, identity and the things we carry.
At our core is the reminder of all that connects us. LORE is a way of seeing ourselves and each other. It’s the stories we share. It’s the reality we shape. It’s beautiful, big, and a little bit broken.
LORE is everything possible.
There's a lot more I want to tell you about it. But for now I want to invite you into its first chapter.
With love and gratitude,
Mel

BIODIVERSITY
Our actions are essential
to the infinite story
of what it is to be alive.
All products bear an impact. With ours, we seek to uphold the 9 million species who share our home. Two commitments guide us.
Do no harm—We vet each natural ingredient sourced together with conservation ecologists. By knowing species, place of origin, how it's grown and who it touches, our goal is to address both direct and indirect breaks to the webs of life it belongs to.
Conservation-at-source—Our profits help fund species preservation in Earth's biodiversity hotspots. We begin on the island of Kaua'i, supporting the National Tropical Botanical Garden and wealth ingenuity living within.
Our fragrances are petrochemical-free, refillable, and made with recycled materials and renewable energy when possible. There is pride in what we've done; humility in what remains; belief in that it's not too late. The most sustainable product is the one you already own.
